Computers have played a very important aspect in our lives. About 416
million people are connected to this web of communication, and each
month this number is increasing my 12%.

Children are being introduced to the Internet at a very young age. A
recent survey shows that parents worry about the effect that the
internet could have on their children, but many realize it is very
important in today's world.

Studies show that those who used the Internet in large time amounts are
more prone to be depressed or lonely. In one univerisity study, 45% of
the students who had dropped out of their university, the cause was
spending large amounts of time each night on chat lines, emailing, and
surfing the web.

The Internet is an important tool, especially in today's society. It is
very useful, but when misused can affect our social actions more than we
may realize.

One other study shows about divorce show that many partners blame the
Internet for the breaking up of their marriage.
